Delivery
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom, and you can order and pay for that online. We also deliver to the Republic of Ireland — we print in Banbridge, Co. Down, so it is a short hop and no customs paperwork is needed. Republic of Ireland carriage is quoted per order rather than published: email hello@coffold.com with the quantity and delivery address and we will come back with a price. For anywhere else, email us and we will quote.
Lead time
You approve your own proof in the Coffold Design Studio. Nothing goes to press until you do, and your lead time starts from that approval, not from the moment you order.
Production and despatch: 5–7 working days from approval. Add 1–2 working days for transit on the UK mainland, and 2–3 working days for Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
These are estimates, not guarantees. If you are working to a fixed date — an event, an opening, a season — tell us before you order and we will confirm in writing whether we can hit it.
Delivery charges
We charge carriage at cost. Nothing is added to it. Orders up to 1,000 go by Parcelforce express48, a fully tracked two-day service; larger orders go by pallet.

All delivery charges include VAT. The charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Collection
You are welcome to collect from Unit 45, Banbridge Enterprise Centre, Scarva Road, Banbridge, BT32 3QD, free of charge. Choose Pick up at checkout and we will email you the moment your order is ready. Collection orders are usually ready within 72 hours (3 working days) of proof approval. Please bring your order number. Collections are Monday to Friday during business hours — call 028 406 25369 before setting off.
How it arrives
Carriers are supplied flat and unfolded, banded in packs and boxed. They fold by hand at the point of use, with no tools and no glue. From 2,500 upward your order arrives on a pallet, so the delivery address must be able to take one — tell us at the order stage if it cannot, and we will find another way.
Check your delivery
Please check the quantity and condition when the goods arrive. If the outer packaging is damaged, note it on the courier's paperwork before you sign, and photograph it. Tell us within 14 days of delivery if anything is wrong — see our Returns and Refunds policy.
Failed and refused deliveries
If a delivery fails because nobody is available, or because the address given was wrong, the courier will attempt redelivery. Repeated failed attempts may be recharged at cost. Because the goods are printed to your own artwork we cannot resell a refused order, so a refused delivery does not entitle you to a refund.
