If you have your own designer, start here. The template carries the cut, the creases, both print faces and the safe area, so your artwork lands where you expect it to.

The rules
Six things. Get these right and your job runs without a conversation.
- Two faces, not one. FACE A runs y 49–160 mm, FACE B runs y 260–371 mm and is rotated 180°. Folded, they sit back to back, so both read upright whichever way the carrier is turned. They do not have to match — brand on one, QR code or address on the other.
- Safe box: 211 × 111 mm. Marked on the template in orange. The blank is waisted, so it narrows toward the top of each face — 211 mm is the widest rectangle that survives all the way up. Keep type and logos inside it. Background can and should go wider.
- Bleed 3 mm. Run any background right out to the bleed line. Do not stop at the cut.
- Keep the grip clear. The strip at the top of each face is the handle. Anything printed there is cut through or folded over.
- Nothing on the deck. The middle band sits under the cups and is never seen.
- CUT (red) and CREASE (blue) do not print. Delete those layers, or set them to a non-printing spot, before you send the file.
Supplying the file
PDF, 300 dpi minimum, CMYK, fonts outlined, 3 mm bleed. We print 4/0 on 350 gsm coated silk — outside only, the inside stays unprinted.
Upload it in the Design Studio and you will see it on the folded carrier before you approve it. Nothing goes to press until you have.
