The rules
- Two faces, one file each. FRONT is the end with the receiving slot, BACK is the end with the locking flap. They do not have to match — your brand on one, a QR code or your address on the other.
- 280 × 160 mm per face. At 300 dpi that is 3307 × 1890 px.
- Safe box: 211 × 111 mm. The dashed orange line on the template. Keep logos, type and QR codes inside it, and run background colour right to every edge.
- Keep the grip clear. The strip at the top of each face is where hands and the lock go.
- No bleed needed. We add it.
- Delete the GUIDES layer before you export.
Supplying the files
PNG, JPG or SVG, one file per face. RGB is fine; we convert for the press. We print full colour on 350 gsm coated board, outside only. Very fine lines under 0.5 pt and text under 6 pt may not hold.
Start your order, choose I have print-ready artwork, and upload a file for each face. You see a proof of both faces folded before you pay, and nothing goes to press until you approve it.
