How much is it, and how many must I buy?
Prices are on the product page and the price you see is the price you pay. The smallest run is 100, which works out at 45p a carrier delivered — that is the trial pack, and delivery is included in the price. From there it drops: 30.7p at 1,000, 26.4p at 5,000, 20.4p at 25,000. Need more than 25,000? Ask us.
Will it fit my cups?
The cup holes are 74 mm, sized to real takeaway cups in the UK and Ireland. If you're not certain, order the 100 trial pack and check it with the cups you actually pour before you commit to a run.
Can I try it first?
Yes. 25 carriers printed with your own logo are £10, delivered in the UK. The carriers are free — the £10 covers the printing, the cutting and the post — and it comes off your first proper run. To the Republic of Ireland it is £10 plus £10 postage. One pack per business.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes, and there are two ways. Drop your logo into the Design Studio and place it yourself, or download the art pack, have your designer build the artwork on it, and upload one finished file per face — we print them exactly as supplied. No account is needed to try the Studio, and you pick your quantity at checkout. There's no design fee for putting your own logo on your own packaging.
Are both sides the same?
Only if you want them to be. The carrier has two printed faces and they're designed separately — your brand on the front, a QR code for your socials, your address or a menu on the back. You can also copy one face to the other in a click.
Do I get to see it before it prints?
Yes, and you have to. The Studio shows you a proof of both faces on the folded carrier, flags anything that runs outside the safe area or is too low resolution, and nothing can be ordered until you approve it. Approving is free and doesn't place the order. Paying does: that is what sends it to press, so read the proof properly — once you've paid, the order can't be cancelled for a change of mind.
How long does it take?
5–7 working days from when you pay to print and despatch, plus 1–2 working days transit on the UK mainland and 2–3 for N.Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. Collecting from us in Banbridge? Ready within 3 working days.
What does delivery cost?
Whatever it costs us — we add nothing to it. It's included on the 100 trial pack, £15.70 at 250, £18.85 at 500, £37.70 at 1,000, and £90 on a pallet from 2,500 up. Collection from Banbridge is free. Delivering to the Republic of Ireland? The charge is worked out at checkout, in pounds, before you pay.
Does it need glue or tape?
No. Three creases and a locking tab. Press the two ends up, push the tab through the slot on the far side and fold it back. It holds itself shut, and it doubles as a tamper seal.
Do you make a four-cup version?
Not yet. Two is what most orders are, and we've made that one properly first.
Is it recyclable?
It's a single sheet of 350 gsm coated board, with no glue, no plastic window and no tape. Check your local council's guidance for coated card.
What if it arrives wrong?
Tell us within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund the affected quantity, your choice. Our returns policy sets out exactly what counts and what doesn't.
